If you need to reset your campus card password, please follow these rules and procedures:

I. Initial Password Inquiry (Never have changed password)

If you have never changed your campus card password, the initial password is determined by the type of ID used to apply for the card:

· Chinese ID card: Initial password is the last 6 digits of your ID number (excluding the letter X).

· For cards issued with other ID documents: The initial password is the last 6 digits of your student number or 888888.

II. Password Change Procedure (Have changed password)

If you have already changed your initial password, we recommend following the steps as below to modify it via the campus card self-service terminal.

1. Go to a campus card self-service machine. On the main screen, tap the “Change Password” function button on the homepage;

2. On the password change page, select the “Jiaowoban Scan” to login;

3. Open the “交我办” app on your phone, tap the “Scan” function on the homepage, scan the QR code displayed on the self-service terminal screen, and complete the verification to login;

4. After verification, the system will pop up the “New Password” setting window. Enter a new 6-digit password on the security keypad displayed on the screen, then enter the same password again to confirm and submit.

5. At this time, your inquiry password is modified. And if you need to modify your transaction password as well, please place your campus card on the terminal's card reader as the prompted instruction and complete the subsequent operations.

Note: The “Jiaowoban Scan” method is not applicable to alumni cards, anonymous transaction cards, etc. If it is unable to reset your password at the campus card self-service terminal, please come to the Network Information Center with your campus card and personal ID for manual assistance.
