What should I do if the payment for 'Siyuan Code' is frozen?

When choosing the WeChat payment method and wallet payment method of Siyuan Code, the red text "Current user has been frozen" is displayed, which indicates that the V card has been frozen.Please use the Self-service Repair (path: “交我办”App - information service - self-service repair) to apply for unfreezing.
